Company” (Hereinafter referred to
as “Turkish Tradition”) we care about your privacy and the security of
your personal data. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the personal
data that we collect via portal (the term Portal includes all of the website,
mobile site and mobile applications) www.turkishtradition.com.
Turkish Tradition, as the data controller, in
accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), processes
some personal data of Users who purchase products and/or services offered on
the Portal or visit the Portal.
It is also important that you review the "Terms
of Use" and "Privacy Policy" texts on the Portal together with
this clarification text.
As Turkish Tradition, we
process;

of Portal Users.
Personal data related to payment are
processed and stored by the Authorised Payment Institution established by Law
No. 6493.

technologies, based on the legal reasons specified in Law No. 6698 and GDPR.

data controller within the framework of e-commerce activities are not shared
with third parties other than the relevant public institutions and judicial
authorities upon request. All personal data processed are kept for the period
required for the purpose for which each data is processed by taking the
necessary administrative and technical measures.
The rights of the relevant persons
regulated in Law No. 6698 and GDPR are reserved. Applications to be made within
this framework will be responded within 30 days at the latest.
