The products sold on Turkishtradition.com are tailor-made according to the wishes or personal needs of the consumer. The products in our advertisements are samples and our products are not products kept in ready warehouses / stocks, and the production of the products is started as of your order date.

Therefore, the Consumer has no right of withdrawal regarding the products. The consumer has given approval for the production of the relevant product with the order placed and the right of withdrawal cannot be used since the performance of the service has started.

Since our products are not mass produced and hand embroidered, there may be slight differences or slight defects in the products. However, if you think that the product you receive does not conform to the sample or model ordered or does not have the features that it should objectively have, you can contact us at info@turkishtradition.com.

There is a return process only for defective products. Products to be returned must be unused, unaltered, unlabelled and in their original packaging. Otherwise, Turkish Tradition reserves the right to refuse the return.

For international sales, shipping costs and duties such as customs duties will be borne by you during the return process. If your claim for damage, defect in the product you return is justified, the shipping cost will be refunded to you.
